If you’re anything like the leaders I’ve served over the years, you already know how to set goals, build strategy, and drive performance.
What’s far more transformative is learning to lead from grace instead of grind.
Because when grace empowers your leadership, both people and results flourish as you exchange old patterns for new postures:
Instead of striving for control, you learn to lead with confident surrender.
Instead of reacting to pressure, you cultivate peace that anchors wise (and even divine) decision-making.
Instead of carrying it all yourself, you build a culture of shared trust and empowered ownership.
Instead of filling every minute of your calendar and operating at breakneck speed, you build sustainable rhythms that support your mind, body, and soul
And instead of sacrificing health or relationships for results, you grow in both fruitfulness and fulfillment.
The Executive Advisory Group is a transformational advisory experience that I personally guide for small-business CEOs and senior leaders.
We are honest about the tensions of leadership — and then walk together to translate grace into tangible outcomes that flow from increased trust, clarity, wisdom, sustainable work/life rhythms, and team collaboration.
This is where the “iron sharpens iron” principle meets grace-empowered leadership in action.
Each month you’ll have two intentional touchpoints — one group and one private session— designed for growth through depth and simplicity. And twice a year, you’ll also be invited to join me and other Executive Advisory Group members for a 3-day in-person gathering (typically in South Florida) for deeper connection, restoration, and collaborative visioning.
Once a month, we gather for a high-trust advisory conversation with a small group of peers.
Each Leader’s Table is a space for mutual sharpening, encouragement, and Spirit-led insight. We blend strategic counsel with practical wisdom, always grounded in grace.
You’ll leave each session with fresh clarity, renewed courage, and actionable steps for what’s next.
Our First Quarter 2026 Focus:
January: Decision-making with Wisdom and Spiritual Intelligence
February: Building a Culture of Trust and Ownership
March: Growing Revenue and Profitability Without Compromise
Additional themes will be announced as the group progresses, allowing me to tailor each session to the real-time needs and dynamics of the leaders in the group. They will typically center around themes that help you to:
Lead through pressure and complexity without losing peace
Navigate growth, transitions, and new opportunities with clarity
Create a harmonious work and life dynamic that allows for sustainable, holistic success
Build teams and cultures that flourish, not just perform
Scale your business in ways that honor both people and purpose
It’s not theory — it’s real conversation that meets you where you lead, and helps you see what grace looks like in motion. (Recordings provided)
You’ll also meet with me one-on-one each month to tackle your highest priority challenge in a confidential space. These sessions are designed to align your vision, refine decisions, and strengthen your leadership rhythm in real-time. (Recordings provided)
Twice each year, you’ll have the opportunity to join me and other Executive Advisory Group members for an intimate, 3-day experience (typically in South Florida).
It’s a sacred space for renewal, collaboration, and connection — where vision expands and relationships deepen.
(Gathering priced separately)
The Executive Advisory Group is designed for female small-business CEOs and other senior leaders who:
Carry both people and budget responsibility
Lead a team — typically 7–25 employees or more
Want to spend more time leading with grace rather than grinding in the trenches
Desire to create and sustain a culture where both people and results flourish
Value peer insight, community, and wise, godly counsel
If that sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home here.
The Executive Advisory Group stays intentionally small so I can give each leader personal attention and care. If what you’ve read resonates with your current season of leadership, I’d love to explore whether it’s the right fit.

I’ll personally review your submission and reach out by email within one business day.
Still have a few questions before applying?
Here are some helpful details to make sure the Executive Advisory Group is the right fit for you.
Plan for two hours each month — a 90-minute Leader’s Table and a 30-minute private advisory session with me. You'll have plenty of time to plan if you desire to attend the optional in-person gatherings (which are for 3 days).
All group sessions are recorded and shared privately with members, so you can catch the replay or revisit the conversation anytime. Private sessions can be rescheduled (within the same month) if something urgent arises; just give reasonable notice.
You’ll have the option to renew your seat. Some leaders continue for an additional season, while others transition into other forms of support. Either way, you’ll leave with stronger rhythms, deeper clarity, and relationships that often last beyond the group.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in The Grace Effect—a framework shaped by Kingdom (Christ-centered) principles and my own partnership with God in business. That said, you don’t need to share my exact faith background to benefit. As long as you’re comfortable with me leading from a faith-driven perspective, you’ll feel right at home.
